Dean and Elise are both very knowledgeable and professional. I've received the best glasses in a long time here at Dr Specs Optical Kelowna. I hate shopping for glasses since I have progressive and a heavy prescription but Dean found the best type of lenses and glasses shape for me. Thank you!

I needed glasses immediately as I had lost mine and did not have a backup pair. On the advice of a family member who had been an optician I contacted Dr. Specs. Lea there not only found me gorgeous frames in my price range, she also had them made up in my prescription same-day! I am thrilled with the service and price. I recommend this store completely, they really came through for me (and no, still haven't found the lost pair).

The optometrist Dr. Kwansek is very experienced and will recommend the best type of lenses for the activities that you like to do. Dean and Elise are excellent at selecting frames that match your facial features and look great and fit well.

I recently got new glasses at Dr Specs Optical. Their prices were great, as was their selection! The staff were really friendly and helpful, and my new glasses were ready in a timely manner. I went back twice to get my new glasses adjusted, (as they fit a little too tight), and great service from Ellyse every time. I highly recommend them, and would go back to them!

We've been going here as a family for at least 12 years. Dean and Elise are wonderful humans. I have a wonky prescription and they ensure I get the best out of my lenses. They are fantastic with my kids and remember my whole family. Won't go anywhere else.
