the burger tastes good, but the steak sandwich tastes totally different than last time. It’s way too sweet!!! Also the steak tastes not fresh at all and super salty. I don't know if they use a lot of seasoning to cover the flavor or not.

We have eaten here on several occasions and are always pleased with the service, but today I was so disappointed with my meal. Chose to try the $17 club house sandwich and it was not a club house at all. Two pieces of toast, no mayo (extremely dry), a solid, small clump of turkey in the center of the 2 pieces of toast, ONE strip of bacon, a thin slice of tomato with a few pieces of spring mix lettuce...for $17. It was a turkey sandwich, and not a good one. Extremely disappointed.

Phinley's Restaurant
We decided to try out the new Phinley's last evening. The prices seemed close to, or probably a bit lower than, other similar restaurants around Ch'Town. The menu is pretty typical with a bit of everything. While the restaurant was great, and the food itself was great, the real high-light was our waitress Emily. She was an extremely pleasant surprise to the typical wait staffs we have been encountering in Charlottetown the last few years. She was very engaging and knowledgeable of the menu items. When I asked for a change to how my order was prepared she not only requested the change of the kitchen but she made the effort to followed up with us to explain how the change would be accomplished. While I admit the restaurant was very quiet, none the less she was very attentive checking on us several times without interfering with our conversation. Just a perfect level of attention. She was very engaging when present at our table and genuinely appear to be able to think ahead to anticipate our needs. Our first time back under the new owners was a real success and we will be back.

Lovely, clean restaurant. I found the service excellent- friendly, helpful server (kept our water glasses full!)And you gotta like country music ;-)
