Room smelled musty and like bleach, wasn't super clean but the price reflects what you get. Front desk service was great and they let us check in early while also waiving a fee for showing up early. Breakfast is okay, mainly small snacks.The one thing that stuck out was a cleaner coming into our room with the do not disturb sign on the door and while we were gone (we left later in the day). We only knew because the garbage was gone and the towels were replaced.

Excellent value for your money. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, the shower is hot with great water pressure, and the fridge is handy. The only downside was the carpet flooring. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety and was filling. The parking was plentiful and there were many restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a pretty decent and clean hotel for the price. It was easy to get to and checking in was smooth. They have coffee, fridge, microwave in their room. They also give you complimentary water bottle which some more costly hotels don’t even do! They have free breakfast included as well. I liked it and would stay there again if I was in Gatineau area.

Not at all! Picture shows the front modern looking building NOT the actual motel in the back or at the side! Very deceiving! AC did not work! TV did not work! Cigarette butts in front of our units. Great view of the back of Burger King drive through! Nothing was open for late night food in the area! Parking lot is also a bus depot! Constant buses picking up passengers or just parked! We will never go back!

Such an excellent place and friendly staff. Very convenient parking. Location is excellent; 7 min away from downtown Ottawa, has many major restaurants and coffeehouses at the same street. The service is excellent too, they reason I am taking a way one star is the lack of toothpaste and brush. To be fair, In my experience this, this is a common problem in North American small to mid size hotels. I don’t understand what would happen if they spend one more dollar to offer these. Check AliExpress for hotel supplies and see how cheap they are, less than one dollar.

Good for your money- quiet location, only thing is there is a burger king drive thru on site, very old burgundy carpets ( pictures dont show that) that are moldy and stinky. Furniture has stains on it that I didnt even want to knw what they were.Staff was excellent and friendlyRooms have an odour and AC is finniky/dripping.Outdoor pool is very nice and well kept. Beds are comfy

Good location, 10 min to downtown Ottawa. Check in and out are swift. Room is spacious, beds are firm and comfortable. Continental breakfast is good. Food keeps refilling although lots of people in the morning, don't feel crowded.

I spent 2 nights here with my family in May and it was nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast which was included was a nice spread. The staff was friendly.

Fantastic place to stay. Have stayed here several times and will stay when ever I visit Ottawa. Denis the maintenance man is awesome and very helpful. I have recommended this hotel and will continue to recommend. Enjoyable once again. Regards. Kim

It was a nice stay, booked one night as I was driving through to go elsewhere. The staff are super professional and welcoming, from the front desk, to the cleaners; they all show respect and have smiles on early in the morning. The shower was nice. Stayed in a business suite, big bed. Just the bathroom is tight. But again, it’s not a big deal. I appreciate that for a motel they will fine persons for smoking in the unit, therefore, they even take a deposit when you check in to ensure rules aren’t broken. Breakfast was simple but sweet. Overall I would stay there again when in Gatineau. Thanks for your service.
