Nail Town

Vinh did a great job on my nails, however they only honored part of my gift certificate as they said the previous owners scammed them. I was not happy about that! My $42 gift certificate was only worth $22!

This cost me $85 dollars and it feels like such a rip off. I went in for acrylic manicure. The lady was fairly rough with the filing and I noticed she did not use a clean file, as well as most of the tools in the containers were dirty or just gross. she then went on to apply the false nails on top of my real ones which she did fine. Then she applied the fill, most of it was bumpy or stuck to the sides of my fingers and she did get a fair amount on my underside of the nail without paying much attention to what she was doing or where the product was going. She did not file the fill down and left it very lumpy and chunky. as well as all over my hands. While applying the paint she didn't seem all too focused and consistently got it on my hands or the sides of my fingers without cleaning it up. I also had asked for star shaped designs and showed a reference photo, after the paint and gems she did not add any lines to the sides of the gems making the star shape, I asked if she wouldn't mind adding some as what she gave me was not the design I had really wanted. She had told me it was because my nails were too small and then continued to sloppily paint on some lines and cover them with a top coat.

Got in same day for a pedicure, staff were extremely friendly and so very welcoming! I felt very comfortable & they did an amazing job! Highly recommend.

I brought my 5 year old in for a mani, pedi combo. They were so sweet and treated her so well. Offered her chocolates even offered my son and I some as we waited. They made her feel comfortable. I will definitely be going here again for her and myself.

Very good, efficient, and lovely staff. My previous toes I had done somewhere else and it didn’t work well for me. I came to Nail Town as a walk in and had the most wonderful service. Highly recommend going here again!

I attempted to get a mani and pedi. They weren’t busy and couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge my presence (standing in the doorway for longer than what would be considered normal) and then yelled for someone in the back to come and help me and no one cared to assist me and never did come out of the back.Have heard only unflattering comments about how rude they are and this extends to how those that have had their nails done, have NOT returned.I recommend anywhere else.

Super friendly! Great designs! Flexible appointment scheduling and accommodating. Other places it takes weeks to get booked. They were able to get us in on Christmas Eve. Went above and beyond.

This was possibly the worst nail experience of my existence. First red flag was our appointment was moved half and hour from when we first arrived. They did the complete opposite of the reference pictures and while doing so badly cut my finger with a nail file( which she did not throw out) and proceeded to glue it shut with nail glue because it didn’t stop bleeding. Me and my friends nails are both botched horribly and need to be covered. When I asked for compensation for my bloody glued finger they were reluctant to even give me $15 of the $84 dollars back. Needless to say be warned of the this establishment.

I was able to walk in and get my nails done! They did a very good job on the nails, and they were dinr at a really good price! They also took off my nails I had on before, and the new nails I got done at Nail Town looked so much better than the ones I had gotten done at a different place! Really good place and everyone was friendly
