I needed to get my lug nuts tightened...I had just got my car back from the repair shop on the May long weekend. I was super excited until they told me that I had to get my lug nuts tightened up. I thought to myself, nowhere is open! It's the long weekend where am I going to go?Nowhere was open except for Jiffy lube.I called them and they said no problem. I brought my car in and they did it for free. Super nice guys !

Sprung a leak of oil in the truck, and these guys gladly took us in. Although they couldn't fix the issue, they were able to tell us what the issue was, and recommended Rocktown Auto across the street. Excellent service! Thanks guys!

I had an oil change done from a different location about a week ago. I noticed I had a plate dragging underneath my car this morning, brought it into this location and the guy was suuuuper helpful. Took me in right away, took about 5 min, replaced my plastic clips with some metal ones and I was on my way. Free of charge. Great customer service, I will be coming to get my oil change from now on!!! Thank you so much!!!! ☺️

The service was nice and polite but I can’t in good conscience recommend that anyone go here for a tire swap. Once I pulled my van into the bay it took 90 minutes for a guy to swap my tires. A full hour and a half on me just walking around the parking lot wondering how in the world it could take so long. If I had known it was that long I would have left as they told me it takes 30 minutes.

Jiffy Lube #3495 technicians exhibited the highest quality of service and professionalism performing a routine oil change today! I was impressed with the courtesy of Kyle, Chris and Justin who noted my oil level was too high and also my front spoiler had a loose mesh. They were not in a rush as some other lube shops in the Sudbury area. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube for all!

When I went in for an oil change and to get my lugs tightened, the people servicing my car were very nice, and did the initial work with no complications. When I asked if I could also get my back wiper blade replaced, they tried replacing it for me, but then they said they didn't have the right wiper blade for my car. That was fine, as they never charged me for the blade.I scheduled an appointment with my dealer to get the blade replaced instead a couple weeks later when I could get time off from work. They asked if I tried changing it myself and pointed out that a part of the arm was broken. While the blade stayed on, the end of the arm was now loose and more prone to falling off later on. Since I haven't changed the blades since buying the car it's clear the guy who tried replacing the blade at Jiffy Lube broke that piece of the arm while trying to force the wiper back on.I went back to Jiffy Lube, and the manager was extremely nice. He listened to my complaint, and said because I wasn't charged for the wipers, he couldn't prove that the damage was from them. He then said he would forward the complaint to corporate, and see what they could do about it. He stated that if it were up to him, he'd just replace the arm for free, but couldn't because of corporate.While the manager was awesome, I wish Jiffy Lube would keep track of attempted services for situations like this. Corporate was supposed to get back to me, but never did. The people working there were good, but I'm not happy with the company itself and how they didn't even bother calling me back.
