My experience was not good with them. I would avoid. I called to book for a cleaning and was told it’s $25 an hour. When the lady arrived the guy that dropped her off said a second lady would arrive later (I was never told of a second lady at time of booking or anytime I talked to the company) the one lady was a hard worker and cleaned my house practically on her own. The second lady that came late cleaned the inside of my fridge and some blinds. Whenever I entered the room she was “cleaning” she was on her phone. Then someone came a dropped her off food and she sat having lunch for 45 mins! The second lady after she was done eating then left to get her kid from school. They should have just sent one lady as she did cleaning all herself anyways. When they weee all done they sent me an invoice for 12 hours. They were at my house a total of 5.5 hours 2 of those hours were one cleaning lady and 3.5 was 2 ladies. I explained how the one lady did nothing and ate lunch and was on her phone and corrected the hours they then tried to charge me for 2 cleaners for the whole time so I had to break it down and do the math and explain I didn’t have 2 cleaners the whole time. And when they called to explain the clean that’s when they explained the cost and how they charge after sending me a second lady I didn’t ask for and a lady who didn’t even do anything. I should have just paid for the one cleaner. I would stay away from them for cleaning as they will try and scam you by sending a second person without notifying you, and add hours they weren’t there for. Will not use them again. All they offered me was a sorry and we will talk to the lady and not send her.When doing business you should be up front about charges and how you charge. As well as how many cleaners will be coming.

Very reliable company and team. Been taking care of my mom and she’s wayyyy better and alive than she was when they took the role. God bless them.

Absolutely sticking with them...Deepest appreciation!I had the best experience with this team. The quality of cleaning is excellent. Keeping appointments is very key to me and they did keep to it. I also feel very confident that my home is secure during their visits. They sent in three (3) cleaners, Washed my entire house as well as my moms. Everywhere was clean and smelt really good. My kids loved it. Very, timely, friendly and affordable as against my previous cleaner.I have booked them all through till summer. Would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to clean. This team at Daphna are a real asset.
