A great little shop selling environmentally friendly stuff and products designed to help minimize waste.The staff were super friendly and helpful with my questions. If your looking for cheap recycling bins or composters, this is the place to go.

Listed as a Greener Homes Grant inspector, allowing people to signup on the government website expecting a call back from them. But when you call Green Up 6 months later, they tell you they're making their own list (which you can happily be added to the bottom of), and have no clue how to access the government list.

After 2 years of going through the energy program incentive, I have to give them 1 star based on the lack of communication throughout the entire process. I still don't know if it was legit or not, because although they want your payment promptly, they certainly do not give the rebates out equally as promptly. Some staff do not even know how to process your payments when you call in because apparently they do not have a file going. This is kind of concerning when giving someone your credit card information. Very disappointed in Green Up.

If you’re using GreenUp for the home energy grant (ie. replacing your homes windows), don’t. Very inefficient, lack of process and seemingly zero understanding of how they work with NarCan. This leaves the homeowner uncertain about next steps, what’s required to complete, many duplicate efforts, and ultimately without a grant for a long long time, or ever? I’m still waiting after 5 months. Not to mention it’s been expensive for pre- and post- visits. If there’s another provider you can use, I can only assume it would be a better option.

A great place to find ecologically and vegan friendly products! They also support various meaningful projects in the community, such as the Greenup Garden on Ashburnham and their Rain Garden tax credit! They are amazing!

Great store and wonderful service. Very organized and clean. The atmosphere is fresh and inviting. Eco-conscious store that has many products that come from sustainable and natural materials. Many products that are for reusable purposes and many products that are made by local artists.

Great products but the blond lady that was working was very unfriendly. I felt uncomfortable and was constantly being watched.
