I just had my first visit to this place; came here for deep tissue massage.Satisfied with their work.My massage therapist Yu Bi did a wonderful job in kneading my body to wholesome.Highly recommended!

My shoulder, hips and neck was in really bad condition when I first came in this clinic because of MVA. I’m very thankful to my therapists Jazmine, Nica and Cathy they patiently treated me to regain my muscle strength. Their clinic is clean and well kept. Marchell is friendly and accommodating clinic manager. Thank you!

I highly appreciate and recommend the clinic to everyone. From receptionist to health care provider, I don't have any issue from them. They are very friendly and approachable and professional. I specifically recommend their chiropractic treatment to all because Dr. Brian is so good. More power to you guys and more patients to come.

Excellent place and the massages are so good , definitely reaches all pain points and you leave feeling great. Customer service is top Tier. my only complaint is they tend to cut the 1 hour alotted for the massage. The massage tends to start 5 mins late and end 5 mins early. They should schedule the massage times at better intervals in order to give us our full hour that we pay for

My husband and I was recommended to try the massage at Body First Fitness Centre. We had a great experience on our first visit. The receptionist, Veronica, was very helpful, professional and nice. The massage was great too! My husband requested for a light/soft massage and that is what he exactly got. I highly recommend this place!

Body First Wellness Centre
My first visit at Body First Wellness Centre was pleasant. The staff were nice and helpful. My chiro and massage session started on time. Dr Brian, my chiropractor, explained how the session would proceed in a way I would understand. The actual session was a first time for me and it was great. The massage too was wonderful as I felt relaxed and rejuvenated after.
