Today I was on a tour with my daughter today and my 10th year old granddaughter. The first room we visited was the infant room where one member of staff left the room below ratio , the infants were eating at the time which could have caused a serious occurrence. The Assistant Supervisor said we can't stop the staff from going to the bathroom, i agreed with her, but you should have her covered in ratio by having a staff member step into the room until she returns. We continued to look at other rooms , the Assistant Supervisor advised my daughter that there was know sleep toys allowed seemingly a new rule from covid, but you could bring in a blanket ,but NO to a sleep toy doesn't make any sense. A sleep toy makes a big difference to a child especially one that needs to self soothe. Our tour ended there I spoke to the director on the way out ,she didn't seem to understand what we were talking about and the Assistant Supervisor was extremely rude.

Kidco Dundas has provided some of the best services money can buy. I love their program & how well the Kidco Team works together. This was my child's first time experiencing any type of child care and he has enjoyed every moment of it. The teachers are very patient, attentive, and very sweet. I would recommend this school to anyone in the Community.

I always recommend Kids & Company at Dundas location to my friends who are looking for a great care of their children. We have good memories from this daycare.

We've have 2 children in Kids and Company over the past 3 years. Sabrina/Caitlin and team are wonderful. The centre has cameras if you ever want to check up on your kids and is VERY clean. We've really enjoyed our time with Kids & Company

I would highly recommend Kids & Co at Dundas. I planned to go back to work part time when my baby was around 5 months and because of the short timing, Kids & Co was the only daycare centre that allowed us in and was able to accommodate my unique schedule. I am very grateful because they gave me the option to go back to work when i wanted it and in the way i wanted it. My baby had a great time there and as she grows older, I can tell how much she enjoy being in school" and also being very comfortable with teachers and other kids. She is also learning basic skills at the center too and behave very well for her age. Ms. Sharon and Ms. Kayla in the infant class give a lot of tender love to my baby and give me good advice to keep track of her growth. I always think its very lucky for my baby to have a such pleasant first ever schooling experience. It will go a long way in her life."

I used this place for backup daycare for my toddler, and the service provided went above and beyond my expectations! I had access to their web camera and was able to see how staff was taking a great care of my toddler who has never been to daycare, doesn’t speak English, and is not fun of strangers. They made a great connection with her immediately, comforted her constantly to make sure she is not stressed out, and she hasn’t even cried for the entire day! Also, it was nice to get updates about how her day was going, her meals, nap time, diaper changes, etc. I am truly amazed by the amount of attention and comfort provided to my child, thank you!Besides, Nusrat, the centre director, was very helpful and responsive, even during off hours.I definitely recommend this place!

I had enrolled my son at this day care when we moved to Oakville. The staff here go above and beyond to take care of the kids. By the time we had to move again my son was so attached to the teachers I almost did not move. I recommend this location highly to anyone looking for a day care for their child.

Thank you everyone at kids&company. My son joined here as infant and recently started school ! He misses everyone at daycare especially Miss Rav, Damini, Raj, Siddiqa...... but excited about his school and new friends. Due to your excellent care and support he has been able to make this transition easily and he has learnt a lot. Also the transition between infant, toddler and preschool was very smooth. It has been tough year for everyone and I cannot thank you all enough for what you do everyday !

Best daycare in Oakville, the staff are very nice, supportive, professional and understand our child’s needs. The place itself is very clean, bright rooms, and there is camera make us see our child all the time.it was best decision to enroll my son in this daycare. I highly recommend kids and company.

This day care centre is centrally located between highway 401, 403, 407 and QEW for busy Moms and Dads. There is ample parking and ease of picking up and dropping off. Open concept space is very safe.Both structured and unstructured play areas and brightly-lit classes are fun and loving. Friendly and qualified staff add to the value of service here.
