Amazingly good baked goods, all prepared on premises. Interesting breads and rolls, donuts better than chain coffee shop products.The young lady who served us was very pleasant and helpful.Our new favourite place in Napanee.

Tim Hortons is a chain cafe in Canada. I was a tourist there and it saved me from hunger of coffee. I visited several times when I was there. I liked their wraps.

Went on 16/03/21.Hugely disappointed in the customer service I received. If you have the chance to go to another Tim Hortons I would suggest it.Ordered an ice Capp and was given an iced coffee. Brought it to the baristas attention (apologetically) and was told this is what I ordered. I hate confrontation so I left and the friend I went with told me they’d heard me order an ice Capp and was shocked at the customer service as much as I was.I wasn’t expecting them to necessarily correct the mistake but the attitude I got was far from professional.The sandwich I ordered was also extremely burnt and ultimately a waste of money.

Come on, who doesn't want to have a Timmy fix. Coffee, tea, Tim bits, donuts. Don't just get those try there sandwiches. The buns are so fresh, yum! Service is fast & friendly. Go get there!

Farmers wrap wasn’t in cardboard but my bf said it was still good, and my sausage egg muffin was one of the worst I’ve had even by timmies, but the service was fast and mostly nice.

Tim Hortons used to be and iconic location for friends and family together and enjoy our hot beverage maybe a muffin donut or cookie. Now there isn't a single thing about their menu that's real. Their coffee is not anything like it used to be and their staff refuse to follow the 20 minute rule so it is even worse. Lazy, incompetent and horrible service.

Location is clean, prompt service, staffs are friendly. Nice location where you can stop by and get a treat/beverage while you're on the way to work or downtown within' that area. Not to mention it's close to a bus stop too.
