I'll say a big thanks to Burnaby Kawasaki. Both staff Jay and Sebastian helped me a lot today. Jay helped me out with the bike pre-order process. And I can feel their passion through the whole time they've taught me how to select and suit up the riding gears.It was a really good deal to get a beginner's bike as Ninja 400. So popular model.Thanks to the both sales department and service department. Jay helped me through the paper work. And Manny helped me out with all the mods. The service was really nice.

My motorcycle battery died at the chevron. These guys were nice enough to charge up my battery and suggested some places to grab lunch while I was waiting for the battery to charge.Easiest 5 star review, they're super helpful and I didn't even buy anything!

I have purchased 3 bikes from Bby Kawi in the last 16 years and have put over 190,000 km on those bikes. Whether it is sales or service I have dealt with, the experience has ALWAYS been 5 out of 5. All of the staff are very respectful and knowledgeable. Any issues I have had over the years have been dealt with completely to my satisfaction. The staff will go an extra mile that most dealerships will not. Several of my friends have purchased bikes from here and had them serviced here to the same end. I often recommend this business to my family and friends - they have earned that level of confidence. If there was a sixth star ⭐ I'd give them that too. The after sales service continues to impress. I believe you would be very hard pressed to find an unhappy customer from this place !

Wow...super awesome experience with Manny and staff. I stored my bike at the dealership over the winter, and today, Manny delivered it to my front door with approved minor repairs, perfectly tuned, and spotless. This dealership and the entire staff 'get it'. Real pros who understand customer service!

Burnaby Kawasaki has a phenomenal parts department. Manny helped me find a few parts I needed. He has a ton of motorcycle knowledge -- and it shows when you chat with him about parts, service, etc. Having previously worked in the motorcycle industry, I recognize a smooth running shop when I see one. I will continue to shop exclusively at Burnaby Kawasaki for all my OE needs.
