I have been dealing with Red Automotive for 16 years. They have serviced all of my work fleet vehicles. They are well priced, honest and reliable! I also bring my personal vehicle to them.Dave knows his stuff, Kathy is very helpful and Dylan is very helpful as well. I would recommend them to all.

I’ve used RED for a couple of things on my Subaru and my genesis and they’ve always done a GREAT job from installing a new turbo on my old genesis , to securing me a wheel and tire package in record time! Great customer service & great Team! They go above and beyond for their customers! Definitely recommend using them if your looking to get major work done on your car or just looking to get some cool parts!

Do not use red automotive if you depend on having your vehicle. They claimed to have done work on my car replacing parts on my car. That work was never done as my brakes failed me while I was driving my car. Luckily, I was able to get my car to the side of the road not causing anyone injury. If they did the work properly and replacing the parts they said they did, I would have never needed towed and have my car really repaired. They were approached about the inaccurate work and claimed they did it, although sounded like they were covering it up and threatened throwing us out. They still charged me $1400 for all the service they did not complete. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I have a Tesla Y and Dylan patiently helped me select the correct rims and snow tires. Not every tire centre has Tesla experience so I was comfortable taking my car to Red Automotive. The staff were friendly was professional as well as the service was completed when promised.I put my Michelin X-Ice snow tires to the test today and I couldn't be happier.

Yo anyone that’s tryna get some good exhaust modifications. This place is prolly the best spot in KW. They are friend and the service is outstanding and amazing. They are also very quick at what they do. I highly recommend it

Unprofessional, lack of knowledge and disrespectful. Changed 29.5 hours($4,500) of labour a downpipe and turbo install on a rotated turbo setup on a 13’ WRX. I did it with me buddy in a parking lot after this turbo fail due to oil starvation in about an hour with minimal tools. The oil starvation was cause by them put an oil restrictor on a journal bearing turbo. When I brought with to their attention they said the company who manufactures the turbos (precision turbos) “don’t know what they are talking about” when it comes to not putting an oil restrictor on a 58/58 journal bearing turbo. Now they are not willing to even pay for a new turbo($1,500) that they caused to fail. The turbo failed not even a week after it left their shop. All round rip off. You’ll be over charged for incompetence people to work on your car then cause damage and not own up to their mistakes.

I'm actually pretty happy with the service I had done here. Quick, painless, and didn't burn a hole in my pocket with the cost. Thanks alot fellas! Cheers!

Been in a few times with a load of questions, all answered to the fullest. Very happy with the service, they are very nice people. Came back for an exhaust on my 07 Jetta, price was reasonable and installation was fast. they held my car overnight indoors for me too. Highly recommend them.

Worst auto shop ever! They charged me $400 to refill my cars air conditioning and they straight up scammed me and didn’t do anything at all. Also the woman there brought her toddler to work and it just seemed so unsafe for him I truly feel sorry for these scumbags and anyone that got duped into wasting their money at this dump. They can afford to scam you $400 but can’t afford a daycare for their kid, get your priorities checked out!
