Small but cozy

Nice apartments. They do need to do some upgrading. My floors are chipped in spots and the toilet keeps running. Communication with building manager and head office can be unclear. For example, if something needs fixed, I call and 2 days later they show up unexpectedly instead of calling before arrival. The work order did get done quickly though. With finance department and advertising, the Kijiji ad specified $80 for parking but it was not specific if it was $80 for underground or above ground. It is $80 in GENERAL. They also didn't specify that it needed to paid when I paid first and last. FINANCE department then emails me saying I have an OUTSTANDING balance. Be more specific with your advertising.
