I am very upset and disappointed. I have been going to Chelsea for hair extensions and servicing since 2020.I recently purchased 7 bundles of hair ( March 24th) or so I thought.I decided to go back to another hair extension technician which I used to go to in the past for my hair removal as her prices are alot cheaper. I went to Melissa - Hair Flair in Kitchener for the removal and asked her to count the bundles for me as she commented that it didn't look like I had 7 bundles of hair.It was then confirmed that I paid for 7 bundles and I only received 6 bundles.I messaged Chelsea and asked for my money back for the 7th bundle which I did not receive ( 140 + HST)She asked if I lost hair, when I only had the hair in for little over 1 month.I had every single strand still in place and there are 25 strands in each bundle. She proceeded to say that she would never purposely charge someone for hair and not give it to them however I remember exactly the conversation prior to her doing my hair install.When I arrived there was only 1 bundle of hair unopened and I was told by Chelsea it was the 7th bundle and she did not want to open it unless she knew we needed to use it. This made sense to me, however what did not make sense to me was that she had the other bundles already opened and did not open them in front of me so I knew for a fact there was 6 bundles there like she made me believe.I thought it was weird but I wanted to trust that she would not rip me off.Chelsea did the right thing and quickly sent me back the money for the 7th bundle but I can no longer trust her.I let her know that from now on she should wait until her client is in front of her until she opens the bundles of hair so that they know they are getting what they pay for. It's sad that people feel the need to rip people off to get ahead. I will not be going back to her.If she was willing to do it to me, she is definitely doing it to others.

Been going to Chelsea for over 2 years she’s been nothing but the best with my hair extensions!!! I have 26’ of beautiful black hair she just made it even more gorgeous. Thank you Chelsea I’m very happy and satisfied with my hair everytime.

Chelsea always goes the extra mile to make sure I’m happy and comfortable getting my hair done. I recommend her to anyone looking for great service and quality work.

I have been going to Chelsea for a bit now, and I won't go anywhere else. I have tried a couple other stylists and wasn't happy at all. SO happy I found her, she does an amazing job every time, and I always leave with beautiful hair.

Never disappointed! I found Chelsea on fb years ago and I’ll forever go back. Her prices on top of her service beat everyone! Free touch ups or fixes if you need! New brands to try with lower prices! She’s literally given my hair a complete 360!Her and her family on have become friends of mine! She is welcoming and so kind. I’m thankful I found her!

After feeling frustrated and ripped off with 2 extension ladies, I found Chelsea! She is amazing! She colour matched perfectly, they never fall out, and her prices are great and consistent. I highly recommend going for a consultation and meeting her, she’s so positive, talented and I always leave feeling great!

What can I say about Chelsea ? Only that she is AMAZING! I have been her client for over 5 Years and will NOT go to anyone else . Her knowledge with hair, her willingness to help and listen and her professionalism are a few reasons I like her .. amongst all she is Honest. The quality of hair she provides is amazing. Go see Chelsea she is the best you won’t be disappointed!

Go see Chelsea!! She is an amazing hair stylist who takes her time and is very friendly. She spends time with her clients and will take time making adjustments. she is fantastic and im for sure going to see her again. The best ever, trust her with your head!

READ ALL OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!!! I had the same experience as many of the others. Paid $1000+ for 2.5 bundles and poor quality hair and install. Also installed the wrong length even though I paid for 26”. So many excuses for being late and not available. When I requested a partial refund she was not apologetic in any way. Now at another salon to fix this terrible job and they have verified this information for me. See for what you’re paying for in my pic. Will be reporting to the BBB - I was totally taken advantage of.
