Ordered basketball team jersey for the second time and they never let me down of having it on time. Asked them if the jersey can be done for just 2working days basically and gave them the design and payment late but still they said YES to me. I wanna shoutout the staff especially Himoda and Palm for the very best customer service that I ever had and for completing the jerseys. I recommend INSTANT IMPRINTS if you want the best costumer service and quality of the work.

Came here to get some t-shirts printed, and the quality was pristine. The shirts didn't shrink and the fabric/ink from my design didn't fade even after a few washes (which is almost always the case). Store manager was really helpful and patient as he catered to my customized orders. Would definitely go back again the next time I need something printed!

Very friendly, professional, and accommodating staff! I have ordered different items from them (hoodies, tshirts, lanyards, banners) and the quality is always good. Palm always gives good advice on what products to get based on budget and use. Turnaround time is also very quick, even when it's a last minute order.

It has been a few years since I have used Instant Imprints on Victoria Drive in East Vancouver. Today, when I walked into the store I was greeted by a friendly staff name Palm. Palm was very kind, pleasant, knowledgable, and provided me with exceptional customer service. I was very impressed with her knowledge and the thought that she put into helping me make a decision. All the signs interior and exterior done flawlessly and promptly.It was done with no stress to me or our business.
