Recently ordered an arrangement online and it was delivered the same day and was beautiful! Will definitely use again and share word with friends and family.

I had a great experience here. I walked in off the street and was helped right away. I found a beautiful pre-made bouquet at a really good price. I also picked up a couple small plants for a planter that my fiance had made for her.Her flowers are very fresh and the bouquets are very thought out. I will be a repeat customer

I had ordered flowers online to be delivered. The flowers were delivered on the correct day. The options to select from online include standard, deluxe, and premium, but the website does not provide a visual indication of how these option differ. I had ordered the deluxe option for $70.00 before tax. The arrangement looked very different than the image I had selected online (the online photo is attached for reference), as the arrangement differed in both colours and in quality. Any feedback left through their website that is not 100% positive is not posted.

I called the flower shop in the late morning and they had a bouquet ready and delivered that day. They were worked to make a beautiful bouquet within my budget and were patient with my lack of knowledge about flowers. I trusted them with delivering a beautiful bouquet to my best friend and girl friend and they exceeded my expectations.

The lady who runs this place is absolutely unprofessional and rude. When we got a flower arrangement for my moms birthday, the flowers that got delivered were very different from what I saw online. When I called about this, the lady started arguing with me and saying she tried her best and that they can’t communicate with everyone when they have to make flower substitutions. I totally have sympathy for people being overhwlemed during covid and having lots of customers but you simply cannot run a business this way and expect customers to be happy. If something is going to be very different than what I paid for some sort of email or call is a must. The fact that her attitude was off the charts when I tried to resolve the issue tells me all I need to know about this business. Seriously get your flowers elsewhere. You at least won’t have to deal with the unreasonable and unkind lady at this shop!

I hope they are a lot friendlier in person.I just called to inquire about flowers and they were more eager to tell me no than to ask me questions about what I needed.I am also a business owner so I know that sometimes customers can be difficult and it can be frustrating when they don't know the proper terminology but when that situation occurs I am careful to ask the right questions so I know what they need so I can help them appropriately.The person I talked to would clearly rather not have my business so I will happily take it elsewhere.

Amazing service every major holiday I need flowers or when it is for something small. I appreciate when I feel my flowers are not to par rather than the one flower being replaced I get a whole new arrangement. The girls here are funny and lovely.Keep up the good work Ladies!
