The place is clean and they do a quick good job . I also recommend their waxing. The good thing is that they are open until 7 pm some days. Their pricing is abit above average.

I have been going to see April for years! Always satisfied when I come here and she does amazing work. Holly and Kim are always so kind and nice when I come here. Definitely theBest spa in the neighbourhood! 5 stars !

I absolutely love this place. I've been going there for 4 years now & they've yet to disappoint me. They have many regular clients which speaks volume if you ask me! I'm not one to book ahead of time, I'm one who walks in and if you have time great and if not I understand entirely and it's not an issues at all. Each time I've walked in except once, they were able to fit me in and take care of me. They realize that I'm not one who likes chit chat and small talk so they don't and I appreciate that! I know some like that and that's fine, but I don't. I appreciate they tailor the experience to me. I've always liked my manis and pedis, never had an issue. The one time they couldn't take me as a walk in, was fine! It happens and I should book but I never know when will work so I go and that's that. I still go back because they are nice! Great local place.

Terrible customer service: 3 nails broke within couple days when I call to explain my situation they hang up the phone on me. When I went back they gave me the run around.Charged me 5$ per nail to be fix. Holy is very rude and the own Kate is no better. They both have a disgusting attitude, not understanding and only about getting more money on top of what I already paid. I would not recommend this place to no one.
