Arrowhead Family Resort

Not happy with our stay at all. Pullout was terrible could feel every spring. Was not very clean and floors really could have used a wash. Walls made of paper and could here everyone around around you. Staff came to shock pool while people were swimming in it and then saw dirt and a tissue flowering around , never saw anyone cleaning it. When we checkedOut early they really could not have cared less that we were not happy of the reasons for leaving. Will never stay here again.

Poor customer service.Nice room, but the bed was so rickety and creaky that we barely slept all night, not to mention super uncomfortable. My husband and I made the trip to clear lake for our honeymoon and everything was perfect until our stay here. Upon informing the staff the next morning, they were unapologetic at first saying “thank you for letting us know you’ve checked out”. After asking if the manager could get in touch with me to make things right, they replied with “about the bed? Apologies you experienced noise with the mattress. This isn’t an issue that has been brought to our attention any earlier then today. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.“ I then asked if there would be any compensation for our dissatisfaction, and they did not reply. Very disappointed in their lack of action & we won’t be going back.

Beautiful newly renovated rooms! One of the nicest I have stayed in and best in Wasagaming.

The room we stayed in was newly renovated. It was very clean and nice renovations. We had a kitchen that was well stocked. Great location for restaurants, shopping and lake.My biggest complaint was the bathroom door squeaked very loud and was very hard to close. We were there for 3 nights. We asked twice to have someone come to oil the squeaky door. I even asked for WD40 to do it myself. This did not happen. Also a dispenser with liquid soap fell down in the middle of the night and we had liquid soap all over the floor. It was attached with double sided tape. Not strong enough for the dispenser.The resorts Arrowhead & Lakehouse seem to share front end staff. Hard to find someone in the office. Check in and out are all done by email. Keyless entry was nice. Very little personal service. I have traveled quite a bit since Covid. Almost all hotels and motels have cut back on service while we are in rooms for more then one day. No In room service. We could exchange towels at front desk.I just looked on the Arrowhead site. It shows a pool. The pool has been filled in and does not exist. They need to remove this picture from their site. We did get a small discount when I complained.

My partner and I booked to stay at lakehouse but we’re given an invoice for this place and even after we called we were given guarantee we will be staying at lakehouse but when time came to check in they put us at arrow head. Getting into the hotel room we found the bathroom wall had a section of electrical wires and AC lines only partially covered by a tarp stapled on. The floors in there were also wet almost like someone had taken a shower an hour before. The bedroom was recently renovated and looked good and that is the only positive part of this experience. Other amenities aside from the pool were not covered in the cost of the room and had to be paid for out of pocket and for over $250 a night we had at least expected the saunas to be available.We explained to the manager our grievances and she basically gave us a bunch of excuses and said there was nothing she can do, we explained to her that the way exposed wiring goes against fire and safety codes and she stopped responding.There is so much more I can’t fit into this but in summary save your money and stay in an Airbnb or some other hotel in the area, this place is a waste of money and customer service is just horrendous

Wonderful 2 night stay for the 2 of us plus our pup in their dog friendly room.This room was extremely clean and well stocked. Lovely walk-in shower and the AC worked great. Easy check in check out. Would highly recommend and will be back!

We had a one bedroom suite and it was fine for the price given the prime location. No noise issues and the pool was fun. Need more forks, cups, etc. in the kitchen (for example, we had three forks for four family members). We enjoyed the outdoor areas they have setup.

Clean and reasonable accommodation, but no swimming pool. It's very convenient, shops and restaurants around the area.

Agree with what others said regarding pool needing to be cleaned more often (lots of trees and fish flies in the area, I grabbed the skimmer and cleaned it myself one afternoon), noise from above when staying on ground floor and uncomfortable mattresses on pullout couch, but despite that we still had a wonderful stay. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and not out of date. Tamarack Suite was perfect for two families. Amazing location and nice to have a pool when the beach is busy (or the kids don't feel like going for the walk). Woud suggest to those who plan to use the pullout bed to instead bring an air matress and if you are on the ground floor; ear plugs and/or a white noise machine. Looking forward to making this a yearly tradition and will book again as soon as we have our vacation days finalized!

This is a real nice hotel. The room and bathroom were very clean. My room was on the ground floor and I was able to hear the people in the room above me walking around. The bathroom tissue was very poor quality. This surprised me given how nice the room is.Check in and out were contactless and worked like a charm.
