There was something wrong with my laptop and it was only a couple years old. I swear to you they brought it back to its brand new state. Everything is super smooth and all the clutter I hated is gone. I am a teacher so they also gave me 10% off which was nice. I will be going to them again if I have any other problems. I'm recommending them to my friends and family. I would recommend it to anybody else as well.
