I recently purchased a pair of orthotics from this company and had sent them the info from my benefits plan to confirm that they would be covered which they ensured that it would be. After receiving the Orthotics along with the paperwork and missing documentation, my orthotics have been denied coverage. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact this company and no one is getting back to me. Their voicemail box is full and they do not return phone calls. And also sent about four emails over the course of 3 weeks and still have heard nothing. Extremely frustrating.If anyone from this company were to help me I could change this review but as of now I would rate at a zero star if I could. I would recommend takeing your orthotics elsewhere.. I've never had such a bad experience with Orthotics and to boot not even sure that I like these ones because they hurt my feet.Update:I decided to call Chinook labs for documentation myself, as this is where Advantage claims that they are getting their Orthotics manufactured from, and it turns out Chinook Labs does not manufacture orthotics for this company even though it states clearly on their receipt/paperwork that it does! This definitely appears to me to be completely fraudulent.

Cant beat the attention to detail and level of customer service here at the Red Deer Location. Id go so far as to say they are just as professional as the staff in there Edmonton and Calgary locations. These guys walk through the reward of foot care and explain the benifits of custom made and fitted Orthotics, customer service is superb! Not only do they make you feel comfortable and informed of placement and usage, proper fitting and wear of your orthodics is just as important hear to. They can also help with more than just “foot” pain Rest asured as the comfortable atmosphere relaxed and flexible scheduling of free foot exams, fittng appointments, check-up & follow ups too. I say take it, the free foot exam at Advantage Orthotics! I know i will.

Best Orthotic place in town!!!!

Pretty sure this place bought old stock in a going out of business sale and is passing them off as custom built orthotics. They are terribly uncomfortable and upon inspection by an actual professional in the field are not at all fitted for my needs.The company that is claimed and named on my documentation to have built the product for this company states they don't do business with them anymore and haven't done so in years! (Red flag much!?)Stay clear of this place!!!
