I can not believe not only did you call to remind us of an appointment , we clearly did not book as i work both day and night on Friday's .. so you lied directly to us. And for him to say he wanted the original person that cleaned his teeth Amanda.. and you saying yes she will be the original person. To show up and have it be someone else, you lied Twice. Do not EVER call us again.Take us off your list. I am to busy to be wasting my time with a bunch of liars.

This place has the worst dental service I have ever seen. The place next door is fantastic and it's worth the little extra money to get a proper job done.

They call it home office but it seems no one cares hear. I never had such a awful experience in my life.

The ENTIRE staff at Y&E location are always polite and welcoming .Dr Sara G. is truly amazing and knowledgeable She explains the entire procedure and provides all options.Most important , you leave feeling at ease with great results !Most people hesitate when having to go to the dentist - I actually look forward to going to Altima Y&E !!:)Thank You Altima and Staff

Absolutely unprofessional. Unable to understand a direct question nor are they able to book appointments properly. I think they need to be reminded we as customer/patient have other dentist office available to us. There is no need to leave their office upset or agitated with the lousy service given.
