I went in looking like a backwoods barbarian and when I left everybody kept thinking I was some high powered corporate lawyer. A+ head rubs!

This was my first time at Salon Arthur and I had Dominique cut my hair. She was fantastic! I would say the service she provided meets the criteria of excellent client service. I'll definitely be back.

I would put less than one star if I could. I have asked just to curl my hair. We have agreed on $25 and I got charged $45. The hair has fallen apart in few minutes, she didn’t even curl it properly. Please save your time and money. Very dishonest.

Based on so many positive reviews, I expected to get a pretty good haircut at this hair salon. The style I requested was the simplest one (straight with no layers under ears). I assure you this was the worst haircut I've ever had in my life. I didn't realize how bad it was when I was there but later at home, especially after taking a shower and drying my hair. One side of my hair was at least an inch longer than the other side and even on the nice side there was a sudden short part that didn't match the parts around it. The funny thing is that I was able to fix the shorter side myself ( a totally unprofessional person) by trying to compare it to the other side. Other reviewers are saying the service is affordable. But, I have tried much cheaper hair salons in Montreal (30$ including the tip for a haircut) and never had such an awful and amateur haircut. This was my first haircut at this salon and I will never go back!
