The service was fine. the atmosphere doesn't provide much of a note, but that's just KFC being KFC. The issue I had was having to wait for the tenders, then them being incredibly tiny, I was very disappointed by this.

Chicken was soggy tasted awful,fries under cooked. When I called to let them know they forgot our dipping sauces, “No I’m sorry about that” The girl that answers phone gave the impression I was bothering her. Worst customer service ever food was garbage. KFC Parkdale Hamilton never again.

Terrible kfc, pieces are tiny and burnt, gravy container was super flimsy and my wife burnt her hand when it collapsed in her hand. Worker in the kitchen seemed to be eating while making our food, and several of the pieces were missing chucks off chicken. Definitely not worth the money anymore, quality is abysmal.

at this location food quality is very bad, too much salt in the chicken, staff are not that much friendly, refused to give me the receipt, the location is take out only and this is not mentioned on google maps

Worst KFC I have ever been to. Food was terrible and not up to KFC standards. When I complained they offered me a measly 25% off next time. And they acted as if I was faking the problems with the food. Coleslaw was straight up slimy and nasty. Chicken soggy and overcooked. This was the second time I ordered from here. First time they forgot to include my sides but when I called they were kind enough to deliver it. I wouldn't order here again and will go to a KFC at another location even though this is closer.
