Joe and Liam spent the last two days pruning for us. Day one - getting our elderly walnut, ornamental cherry and maple trees in shape. Day two - our monster hedge! Not many would tackle taking over 3' off the top of a hedge that's 20' wide, 18' tall and 10' in depth ... with just a 3' path for access on one side! Thrive has excellent technicians who do great work and are helpful in answering questions to help educate customers. I have used Thrive twice now and will continue to use them for other landscaping needs and support.

Beware of using this company. Did use them for pruning a couple of years ago and they did a fine job. However last year I had them re & re some overgrown plants. The quote was fine however once the project started there were problems. The overgrown plants were replaced with the smallest plants available. No discussion with myself about what size I wished to have. A large tree was removed from my front yard and was to be replaced with another one similar to one I pointed out in a neighbour's yard. When it came it was the spindliest looking tree ever and I refused it. This seemed to upset the PM and she subsequently did not make much of an effort to find a tree for me. In the meantime I had 3 Summer Snowflake bushes planted in this area which within two weeks were not looking healthy. When I complained the PM accused me of spraying the plants and therefore it was my fault and she would not replace them (only a $250 value compared to the total quote). I had sprayed them once with egg mixture for the deer (which I had done on my previous bushes for several years before with no negative consequences). I objected and she just ignored me. Another plant that was dying she also accused me of spraying which I had not done. Finally got the owner to replace. Then PM asked me to pay the portion owing on the balance, without the tree. I told her I wasn't confident they would in fact find a tree and plant it if I did this. PM swore up and down that was not the case. Once paid PM came back and said they didn't want to deal with me anymore and left. So a year later I am still without my replacement tree. The owner took no responsibility and I found this extremely unprofessional. I guess they had so much business my business didn't count any more. So I would not recommend this company for anything. I did not appreciate the way I was treated by this company at all.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Professional workers who actually know what they're doing, and proud of the job that they do. Very knowledgable and courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

I am not impressed with the quality of work that your company provides. During startup, one of my shrubbler heads was missing and you could not even replace it (This is a 25 cent part) Not really sure how you could miss that, the water had to have been shooting straight up. Sorry but that is poor service and if that is the quality of work you provide, I will be looking elsewhere.
