Absopure has consistently missed delivering/picking up water at my facility. I had to call and get the calendar sent to me to track the dates to just be sure. Yesterday they were suppose to come out and did not. I'm encouraging my manager to either discontinue with them or switch to a different company. I am reporting every missed delivery.

I have been getting deliveries for years!! I love this service, never had a problem with deliveries, even love my delivery guy. Every time I call I always get a fast, friendly answer on the other end of the phone.

Despite the issues other people have described. The person on the phone is always nice & the water always taste amazing and unlike other water companies they don't ring your phone non-stop if you missed a $6 payment. I call every few months to get my account paid up and they are never mad about it.

Water is fine. Customer service and delivery are ...not great. We get deliveries to our company, and go thru an average of 10-12 jugs per month. You would think that delivery would be on a regular schedule, and consistent. It's not. They sometimes mysteriously change the delivery date".We had a wonderful

The water is great... But the ordering process is extremely outdated. Anytime I make a change to my order it's never right. I struggled between a 3 and a 4 star rating, but considering how simple this should be, I went the 3.Edit: After a call with customer support, I was able to feel much more comfortable with what was going on with the deliveries. I learned that they are working on a more user friendly online ordering application. Thanks, Lisa!

The delivery calendar they provide is useless. Absopure consistently misses stated delivery dates by a week or more. They do not notify customers that the delivery will be delayed either. I have to call them every month to see when I might be receiving a delivery. When that day passes, I call again to see when they might have time to make a delivery. We are on well water and depend on them for our drinking water supply. I just called again today as my delivery was supposed to be Monday, June 5th. They tell me it will be Monday, June 12th before they can deliver to us. We live in Chesterfield, not in some remote area so its not hard to get to us. Very, very frustrating. And they don't lower the prices for bad service either.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Truly the most unprofessional customer service. Consistently miss the deliveries and pick ups (I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for a pick up of nearly 10 empty bottles). Whenever I call, there’s a 10 min wait, and sometimes they just hang up on you. I’m obviously canceling their service that I got through Costco, now that Costco deals with a new company. Stay away from them! There’s so many other water delivery services out there

My real review is zero. We have Absopure water delivered to a 94 year old woman to help make sure she hydrides everyday.When they have been delivering water to her, they fail to take her empties. The last delivery they left on her porch, one was empty and one was leaking.We have been in contact with Absopure and their management everyday, for the past 4 days, to pickup the empty bottles and replace the last unsatisfactory delivery. We call everyday to insure that someone is coming to complete the task. Everyday we are told someone is coming, we call everyday in the middle of afternoon to insure someone is coming. We are told they will take of the issue that day.THEY NEVER SHOW UP.If this 94 year old lady did not have an advocate, just image how Absopure would treat her.Unbelievable service, the kicker is that they charged her for the empty bottle and the bottle that leaks.Great customer service

Edit: After a less than stellar start, Lisa from customer service called me the very day I left my one star review. She did everything she could to fix the situation and the next day Tom, an account manager, dropped of our water on his way home from work on a Friday! I am impressed with their customer service and will be happy to continue supporting them. Thanks!First review: I signed up with them at Costco. First delivery, cracked bottle and it soaked the floor. Called to order more water, was told it would be there this Monday, it’s now Wednesday and no water. I called and they said “oops, they messed up, sorry”. Honestly I was expecting much better service. Costco should reconsider this arrangement. The water is good though.
