Paul Davis Thunder Bay

This company fixed my bathroom from 2 pin holes in my pipes. It was a bit of slow start with insurance claims etc. But it took just over a week to complete my bathroom that was down to the wood and having to start from scratch with dry wall. The final job looks amazing. Very friendly workers and always asked what I wanted before they went ahead and did it. I appreciate that. Would refer them to other people.

If there was the option for 0 starts that what I would give to this company. Have waited 4 months for a quote and have not received anything back. Phoned multiple times and Dave will not phone back and keeps ignoring my phone calls. I am trying to throw my money at you and you won't take it. I dont not reccomend anyone to this company.

Terrible business. Had the insurance company suggest them, and WOW what a joke. Was told they would start work at the end of the month, and that was a lie. Called 6+ times asking to be contacted back, and they didn’t return a single call. They talk a big game, but definitely don’t deliver. Would strongly suggest using a more professional company.

My experience with our local PD was way above what I thought it was going to be. The 3 different trades people that performed the work,were all experts at what they did. The timeline of completing the job was fantastic. I am very impressed with how I was treated during this whole ordeal, Thank you Ted Tiboni

I'm extremely happy and grateful with PaulDavis Thunder Bay! I found the whole staff team to most importantly be very informative/knowledgeable, but also very respectful, kind, compassionate, and truly caring as well. This company not only had the best interests for my property in mind, but also what was best for my pocketbook too! I had a severe icedamning that involved the entire rear first and second floor of my home and renovations that needed to be completed that went well beyond the insurance coverage allotment. PaulDavis worked closely with me to ensure that my renovations were kept within budget, they gave me very sound contracting advice, cost saving tips, and were very honest of what needed to be done, and not to be done. They handled the whole situation very professionally, they were very expedient, making my nightmare into something as pleasant as possible. Thank you so very much, you people made all the difference. I would call you again in a minute, as a matter of fact I have, and you were even better than the first time, if that's even possible! In Thunder Bay, I would only ever consider Paul Davis for work done through an insurance company. I have had several experiences with them and they are light years ahead of any local competition which I regrettably have also had experience. Quality work, punctual and understanding.

From the outset, the insurance adjuster was prompt at responding to our water situation in the basement. The clean up" was handled quickly and with the greatest concern for our heightened anxiety. PD worked with the Insurance Company in expediting resolution to several of our concerns regarding damaged items and quickly identified what qualified for replacement under the terms of the insurance policy (which was difficult given the fact that we were dealing with a novice claims agent).It took several months. to resolve some issues BUT the bottom line was that PaulDavis was there for us and always had our best interest in the forefront. I am grateful for the professionalism and attentiveness we received as the quality of workmanship demonstrated."

Poor quality work eith a lot of unfortunate hidden gems which made a difficult and stressful time worse.Blocked off access to te crawl space, did not re-attatch heat trace as promised.They excel at avoiding calls.Would not recommend
