Helpful! They helped me fix a mistake made by MPI on my license with great care and patience. They just go through all steps carefully, make sure I understand what they are doing and why they are doing it, and double-check all information so my new license will look perfect. Worst/horrific experience I ever have anywhere. This autopac centre is just a waste of time. Wasted hours and had to visited multiple times to register my vehicle and they even can't enter bank details from void check correctly for that too again wasted hours on long phone calls with Banks and MPI. Go to this autopac at your on risk.

Very helpful in driver's licence address change (COVID-19 made me unsure about the process), and the agent even called me back to check that I wanted to keep my insurance on all-purpose" when she realised I mentioned I had not been driving much

Don't go here. They won't look at your papers properly and suggest you go back to your car dealership to get papers signed that you already have signed. They give minimal information. I'd suggest you go to Expert insurance just a block away instead. There at least you'd get friendly thorough service and you'd be out within 15 minutes!

Had to change a driver's license over here and honestly getting my address changed was the easiest thing I've done in awhile. The two staff helping me st the time were amazing, funny, and very efficient. I mostly appreciated how the lady helping me was able to train her new employee and handle my license at the same time eith absolutely no issue.
