DO NOT RENT AT THIS COMPANY. This company is a big scam and they'll try to rip money of you. We got our rental car one hour to late. They did not help us to find any solution. The car was not clean and we had to fill up the car by ourself. In addition, there insurance does not cover anything. A light object (a little stone or so) made some damage to our car which we did not know at the moment. Therefore we did not even know it happened and did not call the police. The person I called when we spotted the damage, (staff member of enterprise) told that we did not have to call the police. Two weeks later I received an email that we are being charged for the full damage because of the fact that we did not call the police. THIS COMPANY IS ONE BIG SCAM. Choose another rental company, so please, stay safe and BOYCOT this one. Be careful

At the moment it was super expensive because of a lack of autos, but otherwise no complaints about this enterprise or their staff. They were friendly and helpful.

This is the worst experience I have ever had ! I went to the office to make a reservation on Friday so I was told that I can come back on the next day which is Saturday to pick up the car , they sent me an email to confirm my reservation so I show up on Saturday morning and the person at the front desk told me that I have no reservation she claimed that I have deleted my reservation from the system!!! I mean seriously why would come to your office from the first place . In order for me to get another car I have to make a new reservation well by then the time was 11:15 am they close at 12:00 pm . I honestly think this sad how a company like this trying to take advantage of people it’s just wrong . I don not recommend anyone to go for this office at all .

the best experience I ever had with car rental companies. my own can brock down and my insurance had booked me a car from Enterprise . they delivered my car in 1 hour to a small city called Saerbeck. the car was so clean and brand new . on the phone the stuff were so nice and friendly and they even made me a discount for the car Caution because at the the time I had no money on me . I would say they are super friendly super helpful. Thank you Enterprise for this amazing service and experience ❤️
