Small young Asian girl at the cash not professional and rude to clients

Thé pharmacist and her staff are extremely condescending... they speak to you with a tone typically used for aChild... I’m 33. Not 5. When you acknowledge their behaviour after a second experience, the tone turns disrespectful... moving all prescriptions to other establishments.

Sometimes I have to wait a while to get my prescriptions or they don’t have what I’m looking for. BUT I do spend most of my money here, I’m a frequent shopper at this pharmacy. They have most things you would want or need or search for. Workers are helpful and nice too

I was very happy with the service in the cosmetic department. Yasmine was super patient, kind and very professional. I was also served by Hayet and the manager of cosmetics and they all make a great team! I will always go there from now on and wish the post office was there instead of in Greenfield Park. All the cashiers and floor clerks are friendly and helpful. I tried to leave a review online but my bill expired the 7 day frame.

Not sure if it was the owner or the manager at this pharmaprix but he was extremely disrespectful and rude. Does not know how to speak with clients what so ever; I presented him with a few manufacturer coupons for my transaction and he grabbed them all pushed them back to me and raised his voice while telling me I cannot afford to lose money

Always courteous staff in the pharmacy.

I would NOT recommend going there. They are super unprofessional. The manager falsely accused my sister of stealing because she was wearing a hoodie and had a MASK on. As if wearing a mask is not a requirement these days. She goes to the school right next to this place. The staff is also very rude and not helpful. If I can I would give this place 0 stars.

Don’t buy any products on liquidation at this pharmacy!! I bought a lipstick and it was already expired and yet they didn’t want to change it or give my money back, because it was on sale. I asked if it was legal to sell expired products and they said, yes they can!! and that is why they are on liquidation. Be careful not to waste your money buying their garbage.

Avoid this pharmacy if at all possible. I’ve never experience this level of disorganization.Have had to call them multiple times on separate occasions to get them to mix an antibiotic for my 3 month old. I now have absolutely no trust in their ability to fulfill what they assure you they are going to that day. If you need any medicine that is time sensitive or hand mixed by the pharmacy, this is NOT the place for you.One of the pharmacists called me and told me they were out of stock of an antibiotic. She told me it was my responsibility to contact the doctor at the hospital that my son was admitted to to get the prescription changed. I asked her to contact the doctor/hospital themselves as this is what every other pharmacy I have ever used would do. She said she didn’t know how? I drove back to the hospital and got them to call the pharmacy.

Horribly service worst store I have ever seen accuses anyone of stealing, drug dealing. Staff, manager have no respect for customers I will never go back even if it was my last option. Also never wear dark clothes with hoodie and a mask super suspicios.
