Offering a wide range of organic products, this is a great little grocery to have in the neighbourhood. Although some prices are competitive with larger supermarkets, it's mostly pretty expensive for a retiree's budget. You pay for quality, no doubt about it. However, I'm beginning to be priced out of the produce.One thing I do want to mention: the cheese counter at the deli has a wonderful.selection of fine imported cheeses, and at prices that beat the speciality cheese shops in town! If you appreciate artisanal European cheeses, you should really check this out instead of going to the other cheese shops.

Friendly staff, wide selection of healthy food and vegetarian alternatives. They make their own sandwiches and burritos that you can heat up in their microwave oven and eat at a table inside.

Nice organic grocery in the heart of Cook Street village. Has a deli attached si one can get a choice of local meats and cheeses. One shouldn't have an issue finding what they need.

Incredible little shop! If you are vegan, this place is it. I found my favourite coconut ice cream there, my favourite Plantbase products AND chocolates from my favourite chocolaterie in town. Oh and I was able to find organic potatoes when no one else carries them. The staff is so helpful and kind, the store clean and stocked with all the best organic products, I am blow away by this little spot. I will be back!

Excellent little grocery store. Fresh produce and a good deli and pretty much all the provisions one needs. And they have some fantastic staff. Plus the shop is always clean, has good lighting (not the headache producing lighting of many stores), and pleasant music.

This is probably my favourite grocery store. I love all the local products they sell! While they are a tad pricey, you are paying for the quality. I watch for the 20% off tags on the meat and store-made salads and it’s a lot more affordable and just as fresh. I was excited to learn today that they sell products from Parachut, Cold Comfort, and Laughing Daughters, as these are my absolute favourite dessert places. I wish I lived closer so I could shop here more often; the Westshore is so far!

while I do appreciate what this store offers, and also the situation facing all businesses right now, I feel like the prices at this store have climbed wildly regarding some items, especially in the deli. It's terrible to feel priced out at my local grocery store. I will be taking my business elsewhere whenever possible from now on.

Got followed around the store by who I assume is the owner. As an adult Black man this treatment is insulting, especially when questioned by said person following me who can't even understand my English after repeatedly questioning me on what I'm looking for.Thanks for bringing your European racism with you.

I am a visible minority but grew up in Victoria. Visited one afternoon and approached a middle aged woman cashier with glasses to checkout my items. She was smiling and had a brief conversation with the customer ahead of me (the customer was Caucasian, which in this context is necessary to disclose) however, once she saw me, she stopped smiling and stared with no greeting while she rang my items in. As I was preparing to pay, she said in a slow tone: “would… you… like… a… bag…?”. I understand that she could have had good intentions; however, it was received in a patronizing tone. Just because I have a different skin colour, you don’t need to speak to me that way.

A phenomenal grocery store with exceptional service. Prices are high, but it’s worth the premium. They are very accommodating and extremely personable. The product is also fresh and well-maintained. Highly recommended!
