Our furnace stopped working on Christmas Day. Of the three different furnace repair companies we called Service Plus heating was the only one that responded and they came a day later. The fault was complicated but the technicians were extremely knowledgeable and diligent and in the end repaired the furnace Plus gave me several tips for reducing heating costs in the future. Absolutely recommend this company for your needs.

ServicePlus was available on short notice during the holidays for an emergency repair. Andrew and Dylan were on-time, thoroughly explained what they were doing, and very professional. I would highly recommend their services.

Mitchell Arrived and was great from beginning to end. Very upfront, didnt try to get me to buy anything I didnt need, wrote me up multiple quotes for different levels of work and did not pressure me to choose any before he left. He tested and checked the furnace, took some of it apart to check for wear an tear and put it all back together.I was downstairs maybe an hour after he had left and it sounds like there is water in my furnace now... and there is a bit of pooling water in the furnace... this wasnt happening before... I have them coming back tomorrow morning but a bit frustrated ill be up checking on it all night so the water doesnt pool up... Will update the review after tomorrow comes - hopefully its a quick fix and wont cost me anything since its worse now than before they got here!Update: the owner of the business came in and fixed the problem. Knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it in a timely manner. Still cost more than I was expecting, but we did need some things replaced... was hoping for a lower cost due to semi at fault... but they were back first thing the next morning so back up to 4 stars. Will likely be going back to them for further work in the future but will warn them which type of furnace I have beforehand.

Technician Chadwick Marsh was quite knowledgeable and helpful. He was efficient and explained the functioning of furnance while being focused on his work. Much appreciated.

Incredible company and service. We had a furnace breakdown on the coldest day of the year and Chadwick showed up on a Friday night to help us resolve it (within a few hours of calling). I can't say enough good things about the service and more importantly their extremely reasonable charges. He was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue (also recommended solutions for future problem prevention) and had our heat back on within an hour.
