I was very impressed by the exceptional service provide by the Purify Enviro Group. They went above and beyond what I had expected. After completing an installation and treatment service, they went one step further. I live in an older house. They replaced and rewired my home thermostat at no extra cost ! Out of 5 stars...I would give them 6 !

Tony at Purify Enviro Group was a pleasure to work with. He eradicted the mould in my mom's house, and helped purify the air following years of cigarette smoke. He was very thorough, explained everything very well, was very friendly, and their services are priced fairly. Very trustworthy and honest in my opinion.

Our older home received the mould treatment services which included a baseline indoor air quality test. At the end of day one there was a considerable improvement to the circulating air fragrance. By the end of day two, the mould was remediated 'shocking the house' back to neutral with the pleasant smells of Mold Be Gone (the hypochlorous acid-based/essential oils product.) Nearly two weeks has passed since the completion of our project with Purify Enviro Group. The additional tips of how to manage circulating air within our home including the use of diffusers and dehumidifiers has been invaluable. I am forever grateful to the treatment team for all the work they did - including cleaning of a few areas of the home that had been neglected - my window sills have never looked better!As you start the project with Purify Enviro Group, be sure to ask plenty of questions beforehand to gain a full understanding of what components could be left for homeowner to do vs subcontracting if repairs are needed. Our home needed sections of vapour barrier and insulation replaced post-treatment. Seems easy right … wrong if you are not skilled! Make a plan prior to the project starting; adjust part way through so everyone’s expectations are met in the end.

Helped walk through what was happening with respect to our basement and provided a concrete solution for us to follow.The suggestion was an excellent one and was installed promptly and without issue. The team was very responsive and helped us understand what was happening. Since then, things have been great, we are happy with the end result and would certainly recommend them.
