Purchased a couple of paw ornament kits through the online click & collect service. First time at this location and was told it was recently opened as of December 1st. The store is clean and stock is well-maintained. Eva and Yash were very welcoming and friendly with their service. Though this is not the closest location to my house I’ll definitely be making my way back here!

Cheap store, self dog wash only offers one watery shampoo, limited towels, had to ask for one more. Go somewhere else

Nice little pet store. The staff is always friendly and happy to help you out. They always provide good recommendations and great options on products. The prices are comparable to other pet stores, the sales are always nice

The employee there during my visit on the 19th of februrary was very accomodating. We did a last minute booking for dog self wash. My dog gets veey playful and vocal and distracted. He advised us what is the best slow period where we would have access to the self wash alone.Store is very clean and organized.

Had a great experience today using the bath and blow dry service at the store. The employees were so helpful and made sure our dog had lots of treats after her bath. Will definitely be back!!

New convenient location on Bathurst and Rutherford. Very clean store, kind and friendly staff. They have more selection than other stores in the area. We got some treats for our fur baby yesterday.

This location just opened up which is very convenient for me. The store is really beautiful, very clean, very well-organized, and they have a LOT of stuff. I have a very finicky cat, and this location was probably the best experience I've ever had. Erin" was very thorough
