Vancouver Cremations

The whole team has been amazing. Everyone is so warm and understanding through a really tough time for me and my family. The process is quick and easy to get things sorted, which is nice when you are grieving and don’t want to deal with much. We were able to do all the paperwork by email which made it easy during covid. Once everything is done they will be delivering my dads ashes to me which is incredibly convenient. I cannot say enough how thankful I am that everyone here showed such compassion and took care of everything.I just want to provide an edit:Today my dads ashes were delivered to my house along with the death certificates. The simple but beautiful wooden box is perfect. The delivery man was dressed in a sharp suit and tie showing respect for the task he was undertaking.Thank you all.

I have been leaving several text messages and emails with Renee, and now messages with your answering service. It has been a month. This is already a heart breaking time and I need to get affairs sorted. Currently not impressed with service.New note: Finally received the remains. I was told there were delays because of the holidays and it being busy season and all. That I can understand and can be patient with if things needed to extend the timeline I was provided. But not knowing any status and being told I would get a response asap and having to follow up days later for any update was added stress I didn't need at this time. I would still recommend Vancouver cremations and would just hope that the level of communication is improved.

Renee Taylor was exemplary - she went above and beyond, exceeding all of my expectations, and I'm extremely grateful.
