Ordered take out, the variety bucket and the chicken tasted like it was cooked in old oil and tasted almost burnt. The fries tasted the same. I ended up throwing away. I don't think I'd return back to this location.

I don't like being prompted for a tip before I have decided if the meal is worthy. The 2 chicken legs in my 4 piece meal were sub par seconds" as represented by the pic. Took 15 minutes to get my meal from an unhappy server."

Hey everyone I want to share my experience we reached by 9:44 pm and no one showed up then after few minutes one of the employee came out and said we are closed. This type of service was not expected by such restaurant.

This is nice little place with lots of parking space. Cashier was very friendly and multitasking. Poor thing running around taking orders, answering customers questions etc with great smile. We ordered beyond meat spicy burger with mega fries and drink. Burger was great but fries were in small pack looks like McDonald’s small fries. Didn’t look like “mega” at all. Other than that it was great experience.

Ordered our meal and the guy was super good about it. Then at the end, we check our bag before we left, realized we didn’t get what we ordered. They then went trying to find our receipt we never got given to us. Found it and said well we didn’t order the bucket even though thats what we asked for. They never offered to refund it, to get what we want and then pay for it. They also didn’t even offer to correct anything. They just shrugged their shoulders. Please teach your staff to listen to the customer and to be able to rectify the situation. Not have us leave unhappy with the meal we didn’t order. We won’t be back to this location.

Waited 10mins no one showed up and then a girl came and asked how she helped us. Another lady came from inside and said they are closing in 10 mins , can’t take the order. This type of customer service contributes in the failure of the restaurant.

Meh. Long wait for dry overcooked chicken. Lots of pick up and pre-orders. I have always enjoyed the occasional KFC meal as a treat - but no more. The extra crispy is just thick greasy batter that makes a dinky wing look huge. It is not tasty. All of the chicken was overcooked. Fries were a generous sized order but just ok. Coleslaw was fine.

Waited 10 min then they tell me it will be another 20 min . Served 5 other customers who came in after me. Got home and discovered they didn't give me the gravy and they substitute the large potato salad with a small one . Ridiculously small size for a drum stick

My 8 year old daughter became violently ill with food poisoning after eating here. It was so bad she ended up in the emergency room. We will never EVER order food from here again. Absolutely horrible. Would give it zero stars if I could.

order kept getting messed she put in what they were trying to get rid of not what we ordered. Then after disputing it she proceeded to punch in amt to tip herself ..not going to happen!!! Be careful people for got home and was like we were given someone elses order!!
