Good price for gas and nice touch less car wash

Not impressed with the customer service, the cashier first does not ask for swipe for point while I was hold my phone wait for swipe. Later payment was made and he said it is too late to swipe triangle reward. Does not want to cancel the transaction and redo again.

I was one of the most loyal customers. but now I'm tired of the bad behavior and careless attitude of the senior lady standing at the cash register. I was afraid to ask questions. There is also a man who wears a hat all the time, and his behavior is not nice. There is only one young male employee, he is very helpful but does not work much as far as I can tell. I'm sure they will lose a lot of customers in the near future at this rate.

The manager is disrespectful and rude, drives the dodge parked on the left side of the store. should not be working with the public. I feel bad for the nice lady that works there and has to deal with him. Should be fired immediately in my opinion, no one should have to deal with that. Come in the store and I was hoping he was not there, he is behind the counter and he says nothing to me as I wait for him to greet me but all he does is points to the nice lady crouched working while he is doing nothing and rudely says “ Cash is Closed “ as in go to her by pointing? And she says come here to cash me out at the other register. She was nice but I left immediately and went somewhere else. Have had many other much worse experiences with this guy and I only came back this time because it was on my way. Just look at all the other 1 star reviews mentioning the rude manager. DRIVES THE BLACK DODGE PARKED ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE STORE.

Terrible customer service. Will not accept fault even though you have proof and still say it was your fault. Wish Canadian Tire will cut ties and hire a new manager to run this place.

Hard to park and access in and out. Staff is a mix of friendly and to so friendly… they have a good car wash especial every Friday. Store is small and limited with options but the ice is better than any other store I’ve been too!

Extremely rude staff that treat their customers like garbage. Avoid at all costs and find a business that appreciates the people that try to give them their hard earned money.

That manager/supervisor don't know how to manage, open 1 till when there were line ups.

I had attended this gas station to fill propane tanks. The man who came to fill them (30 minutes late, might I add) was not only extremely rude and unprofessional but was belittling and arrogant. As someone who had worked in customer service, I can understand if you have a bad day but this person yelled at me and made me feel like I was not even a human being. Not to mention, I don’t know how Canadian Tire, being a company of such good reputation, would ever allow someone of such foul character to be a part of their organization. I will never attend this location, the gas station, again and will route my business elsewhere. Not to mention multiple customers were waiting as well and due to his tardiness had left. I guess they are not hurting for business and perhaps if you are reading this, you should avoid waiting for half an hour for someone who is deficient in customer service skills.

I've never seen such pathetic customer service in my life.The lady is really nice.Her manager on the other hand....I would not go here if they gave me free gas.
