Darla Jolly has been helping me for years now. She got me a great rate on my home insurance, and is always readily available to provide answers to all my questions. Darla goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are well taken care of, and are getting their needs met in a timely matter. Her service, and attention to detail had me switch over all of my insurance to Galon. Thank you Darla for all you do!

I am the only licensed driver, so my roommate purchased a truck for me. First, they said he can't register it in his name because he has no driver's licence, so he sold me the truck for 5$ so I could register it. The lady then looked in her red book" and said I have to pay 1700$ PST to be allowed to register it. I told her we don't have that kind of money

My most recent visit was Friday, April 28, 2023.I’m usually quite happy going here until this past Friday. Every single person “working” was on their cell. The girl that did take my payments was something else. I could barely hear her, when I told her I had a hearing impairment, her tone level never changed. Perhaps it was because of whatever she was eating while taking my payments.

One of the most polite and prompt insurance and license issuer companies in Regina. I've always recieved fantastic service here. Even when I make phone calls to renew my plates its always hassle free and very quick.

Today (March 4, 2023) went to this office to get some clarification about my package policy in regards to car rentals.Met Broker Kelvin. He answered all of my questions in very professional manner and gave me some good advice’s too,Now a day it’s not common to get service like Kevin provided. Gallon Insurance is luck to have staff like him.Thank you for great service Kelvin!!
