I truly don't like writing bad reviews but this warrants a review. I was a bit put off at the fact that they didn't have shrimp at 12:00pm on a Saturday but I understand there are supply constraints right now. Not having diet Pepsi was annoying and I understand the machine had to be changed. I asked for a bottle instead of fountain I was told I'd have to pay an extra $0.50...really? I pull out $0.50 and give it to the lady who then she comes back and tells with you actually don't even have any bottles of diet Pepsi...ok? One of the orders was basil beef and clearly the bottle of soy sauce must of had free run on the rice! When we brought it to their attention they said that they cook it a little bit different and if you wanted it the color of the actual picture on the menu that you had to ask for less sauce??? This is an established franchise and the meals should be consistent across the board. I definitely won't let my experience with this location dictate any future visits to this franchise but I definitely won't be hitting this location ever again.

I was at the Pen Centre location today ..waiting for my order...the guy cooking sneezes twice into his hands and then proceeds to keep coooking and not wash his hands...then he clearly has a runny nose,then wipes it with his hands and touches the take out container hes working on again without cleaning his hands..needless to say i got a refund. Disgusting!

I NEVER write reviews. Went shopping on Tuesday December 13th and was hungry so went to Thai express and ordered general Thai…..needless to say they didn’t even attempt to cook the chicken. I feel bad for everyone including myself that will be getting food poisoning.

AWFUL! ordered pad see ew, noodles was still hard, more broccoli then tofu,tofu was awful. Their serving receptacle even when dining in is horrendous,cos it's just difficult to eat. My hubby's green curry chicken- chicken was so dry n tough,he only aye the rice n sos with it.7th time trying here, no more. Don't waste yr money .try the Chinese food

Used to be our favourite place to eat, but for some reason it's degrading in the sense of food quality. Last week my wife ordered curry Thai with tofu (to go), later at home found none of it (tofu). Today ordered curry Thai one with chicken, another -tofu, turned out - no gravy/sauce added, rice was completely dry.Forgot to mention: this time - eggplants were missed in both orders (usually common ingredient)I would advise the owner of this place have a look at these issues.I believe they'd lost a couple of customers.Cheers

Absolutely disgusting. Paid 25$ for a tiny tiny portion and soggy dumplings that look like an egg sack of a creature not from earth.Not worth the trip to the bathroom afterwards :(

Food is exactly what stated in the name. Express. If your looking for authentic Thai food this isn't the place. If your looking for a quick fix then it hits the spot. I tried the general Thai beef meal. It was made in under 4mins. Which makes me question how long was that meat cooked for. Pretty much it's preservative deep fried meat balls. Probably all pee packaged with some quick rice and some hot Thai sauce poured over it.

Couldnt get any food because they close way before the mall closesI have tried a few times to get food at 530 and they are always closing.They are losing customers at that time in a Saturday. Today there was 3 other people asking and looking for food too. If the mall is open they should be open too

General Thai chicken was so hard to chew. Seems like the chicken was not fresh. Chicken Thai soup needs a little more flavor.Tom yum soup was ok. It's a thumbs down for me.
