Very happy with front office staff as well as hearing tech. Small maintenance issues, as well as cleaning was always taken care of without question. Will be going back to same location to inquire about technologically updated aids in the near future.

I found the front desk and hearing tech to be of great help. They were kind and understanding of my needs and made sure I got what I required. This company and this location have been my go to for many years. White Rock can seem a far jaunt but I use it as an opptuinity to enjoy the beach while I am there. Thank you for all your help.

Just writing this review because the only other review is a vague 1 star with no explanation on why, and I think that is unfair. So here is mine.Went here the first time a few years ago, and they were very helpful in setting me up with re-conditioned hearing aids for a very good price. After a couple of years they were still working okay, but my funding came through for new ones, so they started the process. It took a couple of weeks to get them in, and then it was difficult to get in to get fitted/set up due to my working hours not matching up with the technician's, even though their open hours did (hence 1 less star). This also affected any return visits; there were a few followups due to them not setting the hearing aids up quite right. Once they finally understood what I was hearing/not hearing, everything worked out perfectly.Contacting the technician is sometimes difficult. Even though they gave me the email address, either it would take a week to get a reply, or they wouldn't reply at all. Heck, I am STILL waiting for a quote for wax guards! (hence the second star)Overall, I would say that this was a positive experience. My only regret is going to the White Rock shop, when I live in Central Surrey, but I wasn't really thinking about follow up visits.

My VERY hearing impaired friend has been going to this location for 15 years. Started with Crystal Hearing and now the business has been sold (and Covid hit). All new staff, they are not at all considerate of a hearing impaired person. Not at all a memorable experience and nothing makes you want to return here.
