HERE WE GO!! Place was lit! Cocktails were fire; CAUTION Greek Mule is black licorice flavor. Apps (flaming cheese and spicy spread) AWESOME! Meals were awesome portion for prices. Flavor on all the dishes were CHECKED IN, BABY! Say less! Place clean but tight spacing. Staff was great, awesome family like energy! Pita bread was so good (warm and soft). WILL BE BACK! Bartender was feisty, but made up with straight craft like skill on them cocktails.

A great Greek restaurant. We have made it a tradition to eat here whenever we visit Detroit. The food and service is unparalleled. We are nothing more than visitors who like good food and when we are at Golden Fleece we are literally treated like family.

Golden Fleece Restaurant
We’ve been coming here for many years when we travel through Detroit. Always loved the food and tonight was no exception. The portions were large and very filling. Service was spot on. I highly recommend. Pictured are our gyros salad and gyros plate.

This was my first time ever having Greek food. And it was so delicious! I had a chicken gyro, we tried the calamari and flaming cheese (I forget what it was called) my daughter loved it too!

A cozy, charming, delicious place to stop for dinner. Excellent waitstaff, very attentative and they treat you like family, especially Hillary. Gyros were perfect, so many great authentic menu options. Reasonable price.

Golden Fleece Restaurant
We were visiting Detroit over the 4th of July weekend and decided to have dinner at this restaurant in Greek town. The ambience was absolutely beautiful but the temperature in the restaurant was extremely cold. There were vents coming out of a large AC duct and they continuously blew freezing cold air directly on the hot food which got cold in minutes. The freezing cold temperatures took away from our experience of the food! Our appetizer, entrées, dessert & service was good. The gyro combo was a bit overpriced at $25 compared to the gyro wrap which was amazing and quite filling at $13.

The BEST gyro!!! I could tell they were homemade gyro cones not the store bought stuff you get at most places. Makaronia looked very good she said it was. The spanakopita was fresh and tasty. Loved this place, if you ever get a chance to go, do it, you will be glad you did.

Golden Fleece Restaurant
Was in town for family and I took my son downtown to show him part of Detroit. Took the people mover around and stopped in Greektown. I really liked how they are cleaning up the city. Nice trendy downtown atmosphere. Walked in to this place and liked the ambience. Prices are a bit high for Detroit, but we were in a touristy area by the casino and the quantity and quality of the food justified the price. The service was good and like I said, the food was delicious.

Absolutely love this place! The food and service are phenomenal. Ask them to recommend a wine pairing. You can't go wrong!!
