Went for the winter stuff shopping, staff was very helpful, pricing were great with a good discount considering the quality of the garments. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience. Bought a snow suit and winter boots online. Took 3 weeks to come in. It was too small so I took it back and exchanged it. Got home with the new one and the zipper gets stuck. My 8 yr old has to pull it over her head. Went to take it back to refund or exchange. They won’t do anything!! Will never use this company. Terrible service.

Love this store I got the nicest warm down jacket for 40% off. My husband got a really nice jacket for a great price as well. Always have nice jackets for a great price. We recommend this place to all our family and friends all the time. Definitely check this place out if stopping by. You get quality jackets at a discount price. Can’t go wrong. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'm so disgusted with this company. Just bought a cycling jacket from them on Amazon Canada. It should have fit but didn't. To return the jacket I had to pay for shipping. Just took it to the Post Office and it cost me $19.41 which was the cheapest to ship it. Now a clothing company knows many times the items aren't going to fit. I have bought from Mountain Warehouse before but never had to return item. The company has a terrible business policy/strategy. I had to return another clothing item from Alberta to Los Vegas. Not only was the return at no cost to me, they gave me my refund immediately without needing to receive it. Canadian businesses are stuck in their old ways. I recommend not buying from this antiquated company at this time. Maybe they will learn how to do online business. So disgusted!

Sarah the manager is Terrible. I have 3 different jackets from mountain warehouse. One of them has manufacturing defect and she wouldn’t even exchange it. I didn’t even want a refund just an exchange and she is so rude

Amazing knowledgeable group of people working in the store. They will sell you what you need for your camping/outdoors adventure. Price is amazing I’ve had some of their hiking gear for over a year now and it still holds up. Will be my go to place for a long time to come!
