I am so unbelievably happy we found Insight! We purchased a home with a very complicated and antiquated smart home system that had been installed by another company. We were having problems getting it serviced by this company and eventually they decided not to continue working with us because the system they installed was beyond their scope of work and they really couldn't maintain it properly. We were referred Keith and Steve at insight and we could not be happier with their service. Steve has maintained our system flawlessly for months now where the other company couldn't even get it working for a few days. They are always able to troubleshoot what's going on and fix the problem. They are also really pleasant people to deal with and the customer service is top notch! I could not recommend them more! 10/10 would recommend over and over again!
