I use Bill buy my first house in Angus then use him again to sell the house when I relocate.He is very a very good agent that went above and beyond for us and I couldn’t be happier with the service, professionalism and knowledge I got. We sold our home within one week and got top dollar so if you are looking for someone that is really passionate about what they do then give him a call, you wouldn’t be dissapointed.

This guy if hire when going through a divorce will work for hire. He came to my house raised his voice at me. Had my dad charged for doing what Bill did to me. Told my ex who I was was with even after my ex were a part. Oh went to the court and asked for listing back after he charged my dad court said no.

Met Bill at men's night golfing and he was the first person I thought of when I had to list my house. Bill did a complete analysis of the neighborhood and came up with a price point that I was more than happy with. My new husband and I had only a few days to find a home as we had been sent (on very short notice) on our house hunting trip from our current home in Alberta. Jenna Forsythe was fantastic. After showing us only one home, it was like she instantly understood what we were looking for. Although we had no appointment or anything planned, she took us from Barrie back to her office in Angus, calling ahead to her father Bill to have him pull some properties for us to look at. Together they compiled a list of properties for us to look through, immediately eliminating properties they knew were not for us without even wasting our time showing us. She cleared her week to help us find a home before we returned to Alberta. Thankfully, we found and fell in love with the perfect home for us and Jenna walked us through the process (it was essentially our first home buying experience).But what really made us decide to stick with Jenna and Bill was the fact that they were not interested in sugarcoating anything. As someone who has formerly worked on commission, I personally can't stand someone who tries to sell you something they clearly don't believe in. Jenna was almost bluntly honest, and because of that we absolutely trusted her opinion.When my husband's next posting comes and it is time to sell our new home, without question we will be calling Jenna again.Thank you Jenna and Bill for making a very short (and stressful!) trip so successful!Kristy and Adam

A friend of mine recommended I contact Bill Forsyth when he heard I was moving to Borden. When I contacted Bill we set up a meeting at his office where we went over all the possible requirements that would determine the house I needed to buy. This is where Bill's local experience really shone through. He knew the upside and downside of the various parts of town and how that affected the price. My girlfriend and I had a showing with bill, he told us what day worked best for him and he decided not to show up. We even sent a text in the morning confirming we would be there. Not very professional, wouldn’t recommend him, he creeped my girlfriend on google and was asking her about her “summer” as he referred to her soccer season. Go find someone else that will actually work for you and not some creeper
