Their sales are incredible, and even without, you can get great prices on quality clothes. The staff are super friendly and the manager is active in the store, which I think is amazing ❤ But the real reason Im writing this review is because they went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I tried some jeans on and left one of my bags in the change room... So the manager himself called me to let me know! Thank you SO much! Best customer recognition/service ever!!

Huge shoutout to Jay and Rosie at Bootlegger! The store was closing as I was in the change room. Both ladies stayed after hours to help me chose my perfect outfit for an upcoming event. They were genuinely engaged, kind, efficient, professional, and truly wanted to help. I really hope their manager sees my review, and gives them some props. Good customer service is hard to come by these days. They are a true asset to the team. Makes returning to the store and supporting this business a pleasure! :) Thank you Jay and Rosie!

I'm a very lost and anxious clothes shopper and I got such incredible help today from a very lovely lady (I'm so sorry I didn't get your name) but the moment I asked for help she was giving me all sorts of jeans and shorts to try in my change room in my size as well as my length (quite tall) and she made my shopping experience so incredibly easy and enjoyable!! We were able to order a pair of jeans that I loved and have it shipped to my home address. She also explained all of the funny details I may see on my receipt in case I had questions about it. (Renewing my membership vs my savings) Very professional and helpful!

Like this store alot I get my jeans here, got great belts. Staff here very helpful and friendly, good atmosphere. Online orders are easy and usually delivered in 5 days.

Great shopping experience! Usually jean shopping is my nightmare. Jay at the Park Place Mall location was amazing. She greeted me immediately and asked if she could help me with anything. She knew exactly what jeans to pick based on what I told her I was looking for. Every pair was perfect! What normally takes me a full day, took under 20 minutes from start to finish. Jay is fantastic at her job. Thank you for making something I dread be a great experience!!
