Just passed my road test for my N here. Navjot gave clear instructions and had a calm demeanour as a tester. He was great! The other instructors were also very friendly and funny, they joked with me and my driving lesson instructor while I waited and really put me at ease. Thank you!

Passed my N on the second attempt. I have to thank my coach and the examiner called Duncan. Five stars to Duncan as an excellent examiner. Duncan was chill, calm, respectful for the whole time. Never rush me or appeared to be frustrated. Two stars taken off from the other examiner called Nav. He was making a lot of noises during the road test, ex sigh, tsk all the time. He was not even able to remain quiet. I understand if he was frustrated with some areas that I need to improve. And he could definitely leave it to the end. Making these noises is just making him very unprofessional and distracting. I hope ICBC can look into this.

Had a great class 5 road test experience with Nav my examiner. He gave clear instructions on the direction to take, made me feel less nervous, and made my overall driving experience a great one. I passed on my first attempt! Thank you, Nav!

Terrible experience with an examiner called Paul on my first try. So rude and his attitude was so upsetting all the time. I tried to dispute a mistake I made and he just said “ok”.I failed a second try as well due to a jerk on the highway but this time was with a examiner called Duncan, he was very professional and clear, and also gave me good recommendations and feedback.But as I’ve been seeing so many bad comments about examiners being rude, ICBC should audit them. An uncomfortable environment only leads to unsafe driving and failing.

I got Paul as my examiner today for class 5 road test. Must say he’s an amazing person, very polite, calm and extremely professional. Thankfully I passed, his explanation after the test were very clear and he also provided some great tips on what things to keep in mind while driving in cloudy/rainy weather. From our conversation, I can definitely say that he’s very knowledgeable and has some really good experience. A big thanks to Paul!!!

The signs were clear about where to go, and the receptionist was really quick, which was lovely. I did fail my N test (competely fair, as I had not practiced enough and was very nervous). However while I agree with the assessment, the instructor I did my test with (Paul) came across as quite unfriendly, and made a strange comment about how he could tell I'm not in highschool" (I am 25 and put off getting my license). He seemed very frustrated whenever I made a mistake

Terrible experience doing the class 7 test with Cindy, the driving test car administrator. She made it it very uncomfortable being unfriendly and rude. No one should have to experience this type of attitude ever and especially not during a driving test. The ICBC website states that their testers are there to help you feel comfortable. Cindy commented to me how she could tell that I was nervous throughout the test and did nothing to help me feel comfortable. Cindy was unfriendly, cold, and rude to both me and the adult that accompanied me driving to the test.

I am happy to say I passed my N today! I have so much anxiety and was so nervous but luckily my instructor Luke made me feel so comfortable and less stressed. Super nice guy, he was funny and kept cracking jokes and all of his directions were clear and he gave me lots of time in between directions. The test felt like it flew by. Nothing but great things to say about him! Thank you Luke!!

The worst place to go do a knowledge test The employees are terrible. It's unbelievable. I ask a simple question is a handy dart bus and a semi trailer. The same weight capacity no, is the proper answer. But this guy gives me attitude. You guys are so unprofessional, it's quite childish. We need a different insurance place. ICB c is criminal.
