Employees drive like complete tools. Had one of their pickups ride our bumper, crowd us when passing, then cut us off afterwards. This was my first impression of this business, I'll never use them for anything in the future.

I was stuck on the side of the road once and one of there drivers helped me out. So nice of them!

DISL is a nice industrial set up for all your need in refractory business. Comparing to other bigger outfits in same industry, DISL is dedicated to response fast with most professional manner.

Great Customer Service and management

When driving a company vehicle these driver's should be aware of the Law's. Tonight at approximately 7:20pm their white company truck was pulled up alongside Chevron in Calmar pulling a large camper. They went to pull away and one of their medium sized dogs jumped out of the bed of the truck. A young boy noticed and what I assume was his mother got out to get their dog. Gave it trouble grabbed it and put it back in the bed of the company truck. As they pulled away again their 2 dog's were barking at someone walking their dog and they almost jumped out of the moving truck again. The poor dogs were not secure whatsoever and it's extremely dangerous. As someone who worked in Veterinary Medicine this is alarming to see. If there's not enough room in the truck then why are these dogs not secure in the camper they were pulling. I wouldn't use this company nor recommend their services to family or friends. Could have been a very serious incident, not impressed whatsoever.

Someone driving a truck for this company cut in front of a bunch of people at an intersection and turned from a non turning lane while other people were turning from correct positions, total disregard for everyone else and a dangerous maneuver to make early morning on snowy roads!
