Wonderful service from all the staff!I call and explain what is happening with my dog and they always do their best to fit us in right away.Daniel went above and beyond to help and even delivered medication I had forgotten.I am so very happy bringing my pets to Shamrock!

Very sweet workers, my cat was very calm for them. Did have bloodwork done for my kitten and they did give her back, leg still bleeding a lot. That's the only downside, otherwise very awesome!

Always friendly staff, very considerate. Prices aren't crazy and I never feel like I'm just there to make them money. They always make a big deal out of seeing our Bernese Mountain Dog, which makes him love the vet!

Amazing service, Amazing front ended staff! I was recommended to then by my vet when I moved here and after going to another local vet and not being happy. I’m so glad I made the switch! Affordable prices and amazing care. The love they show my pets (senior cat, young cat and puppy) is beyond what I expect from a vet! They have a vet who specializes in cat which is a added bonus for me! They spend the time to bond with my girls and both the cats and puppy enjoy visiting.

Amazing staff, they really put the care of the animals first, but are also great at helping the people deal with the situation. I had to use them for an emergency and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, compassionate care for their animals.The long version:I don't live in the area, but was visiting a friend with my dog. I had to bring my dog in here when he ingested something that caused him to vomit and there was blood in the vomit.Not knowing what he ingested, the staff took excellent care of him. The front of house staff got me in quickly as I had called ahead to let them know we were coming.They induced more vomiting to ensure that if anything toxic was ingested, it was all out of his system, and observed him for a while afterward. The whole time they let me stay with him and talked to me about after care for him. They even have me a towel to take with me in case he had to vomit again in the car.Their fees were very reasonable considering I'm not a client, came in without an appointment, and was really just a mess.Luckily my dog was fine and the blood wasn't an issue. Just a scary situation that was handled beautifully by all the staff I interacted with at the clinic.

Thank you Dr. Michelle and staff. All of you were amazing with your care, compassion and understanding for our situation. In our time of grief all of you came through for us as our guardian angels. We can't thank you enough for you end of life care.
