Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

my first time shopping here, very pleasant staff asked questions of my project and recommended all the materials needed, sand paper, primer and paint. Gave me clear instructions for both the primer and paint. Just look at my door.

I would like to pass along thank you for a very positive experience I recently had with with your Campbell River store manger Shawn. I had an issue with a colour match of some oil stain from a few years ago, old recipe. I spoke with him and he did all he could to accommodate, was quick to respond and extremely helpful. From my perspective he is the epitome of customer service, I will certainly be back.Yours truly,Chris

I've had issues with, who appears to be a new staff member, in the past. Today she was unable to listen to my specific request for certain paint listed and tagged on my account for certain rooms. I have spent significant amounts of money on paint at this store over the last 6 months. I mentioned the 2 small paint pot colors I was wanting to pick up for touch ups several times. One being a beige and one a yellow (bathroom). Again (this happened the last time I was at the store) this employee asked repeatedly if I wanted a blue color paint I had custom matched, and I told her it was a yellow. She proceeded to take a lot of time. She told me the beige color was not available in anything smaller than the quart. I decided to leave that. She said the other color had a 50/50 chance it would match my walls but I had no other choice. She mixed the blue, then proceeded to argue with me that I had always requested blue.....I reminded her I said yellow at least 5 times while talking with her. She rolled her eyes, walked away, and got a different staff member (who has always been very personable, kind, knowledgable and helpful) to ring in my paint and 1 Brush. $50.00 later I get this poorly mixed excuse for a pint of paint and a terrible attitude. I hope she doesn't continue to work there. Long dark hair and terrible customer service skills. Glad to be done purchasing from them for this house. Hopefully they get a clue and hire staff without such a poor attitude.

We have dealt with Kate twice at this location. Both times she was absolutely fantastic. So knowledgeable about all the types of paint and the best application for what we were trying to do. She's also very friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

Friendly sales man, said he could match my paint. phoned me when it was ready. excellent transaction.

Really good paint. The job is only as good as the product. Staff are quick and efficient.

Great selection and staff

The clerk was by himself but he took the time I needed to explain the choices I had and the different products that would meet my needs. Great service.
