J And J Cleaning Service

We booked the service for a move into our new property. I was quoted 45 an hour which is no problem for likely 8 to 10 hours of cleaning. My bill came in at $427 which was 9 and a 1/2 hours of cleaning and then when I get to the property the next day to move in some of my things I notice the floors are quite dirty. The house doesn't smell cleaner. There are cobwebs on the ceiling and in the corners. The insides of the windows are spotless. This was not the deep clean that I expected. When I asked what was cleaned in the 9.5 hours the cleaner came right back to the house and was less then friendly. I pointed out a bunch of dirty areas to her and she asked for my vacuum to clean it. She was getting pretty upset so I just asked her to leave at this point. She said she would refund me 100 dollars but I haven't received any credit yet.

Sloppy work and overpriced. I would not recommend.
