I dropped my cordless Dewalt mitre saw out of the back of my van one day and wasn't able to get the slider moving in or out. I was certain that I destroyed it because it was locked up so bad.I called these guys and left the saw with them. It took a couple of weeks to get it back, but that's understandable given how busy they are and how long it takes to have parts shipped in general.In the end, only the kerf plate had to be replaced. They got the sliding part working again (better than new, even), and the whole thing only cost me about $60.I'd go back to them again if any of my other saws have trouble, and I'd also recommend them.

Dropped off my black and decker drill here about two weeks ago. Called to get an update and Audrey was amazing. She told me they're working with the manufacturer and gave me a full rundown on what is going on. I understand that working within manufacturers warranties can be difficult at times, especially when they don't have the part anymore, so I was very appreciative that they're doing their best.

Ariana was actually able to help me find and order some parts for my Chainsaw. After Dewalt Factory Service" in Edmonton told me to go to toolservicenet.com and order from there. Then i found out they only supply to the US...Seriously? Were you on a lunch break and didn't want to help? After of course logging in to a new account and messing around for 30 minutes plus to get it set up. Perhaps he thought it was funny? I'm not jazzed! I will pay the shipping from Calgary before calling this outfit again"

Had a problem with my DeWalt tool. Not even DeWalt phone customer service could remedy and they sent me to these guys. She was able to help me fix it on the spot very knowledgeable very friendly Merry Christmas thank you.

Horrible customer service, was promised a turnaround time of 4-6 weeks... got my saw back 3 month later and only after I started emailing daily asking for updates. Requested a repair order to see what if anything they actually did but it seems they have stopped responding completely. Avoid this place at all costs...

Gals at front desk were excellent. Band saw repair - ordered switch, didn’t work. Was quoted $200+ to swap board, declined took home, opened up and fixed bad solder to battery terminal. Works perfect now. They didn’t charge to diagnose but technician should have been able to properly diagnose if they looked hard enough.

They did a great job. We bought a Grease Gun from Lowes and it didn't work. So my husband took it here and they fixed it.Glad cause we didn't want to go back to Lowes. Thank You to the Person that fixed the Grease Gun.

The whole experience dealing with this place was a nightmare.I first reached out in mid-January to enquire about sending my chainsaw and was told 4-6weeks.I reached out after 8 weeks without any news, when I was told warranty had been approved and parts ordered (which would have been nice to know without needing to ask).Then I was told on April 5 that it had to be sent away for further repairing (at this point, over 11 weeks since they had it).I also asked for a summary of the work multiple times and my partner requested a copy of the repair order multiple times, but we still do not know what they did.I'm glad to have my chainsaw and repaired under warranty, but I will replace the whole chainsaw before I deal with this place again.
